Terms governing use of the Surya Lights website, quotations and product enquiries.

Website use

You may browse this website and submit genuine personal or business enquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy substantial content or use product images and branding without permission.

Product information

Images, dimensions, wattages, colours, features and applications are descriptive. Product improvements and supplier variations may occur. The written quotation, approved specification and invoice take priority over website content.

Quotations and orders

A website enquiry is not an accepted order. Price, GST, packing, transport, minimum quantity, payment terms, dispatch schedule and stock are confirmed separately. An order becomes binding only after Surya Lights accepts it and any required payment is received.

Payments and cancellation

Payment and cancellation terms are stated on the quotation or invoice. Custom, private-label, specially procured or dispatched goods may not be cancellable or returnable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Surya Lights and LUMAA Lighting names, logos, catalogue layouts, product photography and website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. Surya Lights is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable electrical conditions or unauthorised modification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
